Privacy Notice
Understand the information Apyrn may collect through this website, how it is used, the choices available, and how to make a privacy request.
Website privacy information
This notice describes the current static website, consent choices, analytics boundary, assessment, and contact experiences.
Scope
This notice describes how Apyrn handles personal information through the public Apyrn website, including the integration landscape assessment, contact form, privacy controls, and optional analytics. It does not describe a customer deployment of the Apyrn product, which would be governed by the applicable customer agreement and deployment documentation.
Information you provide
When you submit an assessment or contact request, the website may collect your name, work email, company, selected system categories, integration concerns, desired outcomes, consumer types, and the context you choose to write. Do not submit credentials, production data, regulated records, or confidential source-system payloads through a public website form.
Your assessment selections remain in the browser until you submit them. A production submission is sent only when the approved form integration is enabled. The local demonstration mode does not transmit the form to HubSpot.
Information collected through the website
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice. If you allow optional analytics and the approved analytics configuration is enabled, Apyrn may receive page paths, interaction names, referrer or campaign information, device and browser categories, approximate location derived by the analytics provider, and conversion events. The website does not intentionally send assessment answers or free-text form content to product analytics.
Static hosting and security infrastructure may create standard request logs containing an IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status, browser information, and security signals. Those logs are operated under the configuration of the production hosting environment.
How information is used
Apyrn may use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare for a product or architecture conversation, maintain request records, protect the website, diagnose delivery problems, and comply with applicable obligations. Optional analytics, when allowed, is used to understand whether visitors can find and use the product explanations and conversion paths.
Apyrn does not use the public assessment to make an automated eligibility, risk, or purchasing decision. The assessment produces an organizational summary rather than an automated score.
Service providers and recipients
Approved providers may process information for website hosting, security, form delivery, customer-relationship management, and consented analytics. The production configuration may include Namecheap hosting, HubSpot forms, and a consent-controlled analytics or tag-management provider. Each provider should be configured under an appropriate agreement and access policy before production activation.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Browser privacy preferences remain until they expire, are cleared, or you change them. Submitted requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the response, relationship management, security, legal obligations, and documented business retention requirements. Production owners must define and verify the exact HubSpot, analytics, and hosting-log retention settings before cutover.
Your choices and rights
You can choose essential storage only, allow optional analytics, or revisit cookie settings from the website footer. You can also clear browser storage through your browser. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a relevant authority.
Use the contact page to make a privacy request. Apyrn may need to verify the request before acting on it. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
International processing
Website providers may process information in more than one country. Production owners must review provider locations and enable appropriate transfer safeguards before activating services that process personal information across borders.
Security
Apyrn uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to the public website and its configured providers. No internet transmission or storage method is risk-free. Do not submit secrets or production records through public forms.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The last-reviewed date is maintained with the source content. Material changes should be reviewed before publication.
Contact
Use the Apyrn contact page for privacy questions or requests. Production contact details and the responsible legal entity must be confirmed before the public cutover decision.
