Website Terms
Review the terms that apply when accessing and using the public Apyrn website, its informational content, and its interactive demonstrations.
Terms for the public website
These terms distinguish public product information and simulated experiences from a customer agreement or production service commitment.
Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to access and use of the public Apyrn website. If you do not agree, do not use the website. A separate written agreement governs any evaluation, subscription, deployment, support, or professional service provided by Apyrn.
Informational product content
Website descriptions explain product direction, concepts, and potential enterprise patterns. They are not a promise that a specific feature, connector, integration, control, performance level, certification, or deployment model is available for every customer or workload. Technical suitability depends on the approved product scope, environment, sources, policies, and customer agreement.
The interactive Control Plane experience uses sample systems, mappings, policies, responses, and events. It is a deterministic website simulation and does not connect to a live customer tenant or production source.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about Apyrn, review public materials, complete the landscape assessment, and contact Apyrn for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce harmful code, scrape at a rate that impairs service, misrepresent identity, submit unlawful material, or use the forms to transmit credentials, production data, regulated records, or third-party confidential information.
Intellectual property
The website, product names, text, visual system, software, and original materials are owned by Apyrn or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use Apyrn branding outside ordinary reference to the company and product. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Feedback and submissions
If you provide product feedback, you permit Apyrn to consider and use that feedback without an obligation to implement it or treat it as confidential. Do not include confidential information in feedback unless a separate agreement covers the disclosure.
Third-party services and links
The website may depend on or link to third-party hosting, form, analytics, or informational services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for third-party content.
Availability and changes
Apyrn may update, suspend, or remove website content and demonstrations. Public route availability does not create a support, uptime, migration, or backward-compatibility commitment. Any service-level or product-lifecycle commitment must appear in an applicable written agreement.
Disclaimers
The public website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the information is suitable for your organization, architecture, security, privacy, and legal requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apyrn is not responsible under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent allowed.
Governing terms and contact
The responsible Apyrn legal entity, governing law, venue, and formal notice address must be confirmed before public cutover. Until then, use the contact page for website questions. These terms should receive final legal review before production publication.
Changes
Apyrn may update these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means the current terms apply to subsequent website use.
